These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pbexch platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing pbexch, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pbexch ("pbexch", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pbexch website located at https://pbexch.cam and all associated services, features, content and products (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account on pbexch, accessing the Platform in any capacity, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
pbexch operates as an English-language information and gaming platform. Our primary audience includes users based in Pakistan; however, users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.
In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable Operator or license jurisdiction, to register an account and use the Platform. pbexch operates on an adults-only basis. Allowing minors to access this Platform is strictly prohibited.
pbexch reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts where age cannot be verified to the required standard will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.
By registering, you represent and warrant that it is lawful for you to access and use online gambling services in your jurisdiction. Users from Restricted Jurisdictions are not eligible to register or use the Platform. It is your responsibility — not pbexch's — to determine whether use of the Platform is legal where you are located.
Residents and citizens of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law should not register. pbexch does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
Each individual user is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household or device may be merged or closed, and associated balances or bonuses forfeited, at pbexch's sole discretion.
Employees, officers, directors and immediate family members of pbexch, the Operator, and any of their affiliated companies or service providers are not eligible to hold an Account or participate in real-money gameplay on the Platform.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate. pbexch is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the User.
As part of our compliance obligations, pbexch requires all Users to complete a KYC verification process before withdrawals are enabled and, in some cases, before full betting functionality is accessible. You may be required to submit:
Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may be restricted or closed. KYC-related winnings or balances held on accounts that are closed for verification failures may be subject to review and applicable policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pbexch is not liable for unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security. You should notify pbexch support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may access the Platform, place bets and use interactive features solely for lawful recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
By using the Platform, you agree to:
pbexch does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. pbexch shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
All bets are subject to acceptance by the Operator. pbexch and the Operator reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at their discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, system errors, odds errors or breaches of these Terms. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance confirmation.
Odds presented on the Platform are indicative and may change prior to bet placement. In the event of a manifest error in odds (including odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error), pbexch reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds without liability to the User.
For live in-play markets — including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, football leagues and UFC events — bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. pbexch does not guarantee that any specific market will remain open for the duration of an event. Live betting decisions are the User's sole responsibility.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. pbexch may adjust stake limits for specific markets, Users or events without prior notice.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Users subject to the specific terms of each offer. General eligibility conditions include: completion of KYC verification, compliance with these Terms, and no active self-exclusion.
All bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering Requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements for each promotion are stated at the point of opt-in and in the promotion's specific terms.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. pbexch reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is identified.
Bonuses that are not used within their validity period will expire and be removed from your Account. pbexch will not reinstate expired bonuses. Validity periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
Deposits are processed subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the Operator. Users are responsible for ensuring their deposit method complies with applicable laws. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar Pakistani financial services only. None of these providers is claimed or implied to endorse gambling, be affiliated with pbexch, or confirm support for gambling transactions. Method availability is subject to change.
Withdrawals are processed following successful KYC verification and subject to any applicable Wagering Requirements on bonus funds. Processing times vary by payment method and the Operator's internal processing schedule. pbexch does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method owned by and registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
pbexch and the Operator comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited to your Account. Accounts where AML verification cannot be completed may be suspended and funds held pending investigation.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, odds data, software and audiovisual materials — is the property of pbexch, the Operator or their respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from pbexch.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pbexch and the Operator shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
pbexch reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or present a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before processing a closure request, pbexch will confirm your identity and outstanding balance status. Closure requests made as part of a self-exclusion request will be processed under our responsible gambling policy.
Upon Account closure or termination, any unused bonus balances will be forfeited unless an exception is granted in writing. Verified real-money balances remaining after applicable deductions will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to AML verification requirements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should contact pbexch support in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the Operator's applicable dispute resolution process as specified in the Operator's licence conditions.
pbexch reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users via the Platform or by email to registered Account holders. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 13.2.
